Data we collect
You can browse this website without giving us any personal data: there are no visitor accounts, forms or newsletters.
Like any web server, ours records each visit in a log: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for and your browser's identification. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working, which is our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the GDPR). They are deleted automatically after 11 days at most.
If you write to us by email, we use your address and your message only to reply to you, and we keep them only as long as the conversation needs. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail).
Service providers
The website runs on a DigitalOcean server in London (United Kingdom), a country the European Commission recognises as offering an adequate level of data protection.
Visits pass through Cloudflare, which protects the website from attacks and delivers it faster. To do so it processes your IP address.
DigitalOcean, Cloudflare and Google process data only on our behalf. They are United States companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers any data they handle outside Europe.
Cookies
This website only uses technical cookies, which need no consent. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, which is why there is no cookie banner.
lang: the language you chose with the language switcher (en or es), so the site opens in that language next time. It is set only when you use the switcher, stores nothing else and lasts one year.
theme: the light or dark theme you chose with the sun and moon button, so the site opens in that theme next time. Without it, the site follows your device's setting. It is set only when you use the button, stores nothing else and lasts one year.
Cloudflare may set its own security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to tell visitors from automated traffic. They are needed to protect the website.
The session cookie of the Admin, set only when the person who runs the site signs in to manage it. Visitors never receive it.
Language
The language you read the site in is part of the web address (/en/ or /es/). When you choose a language with the switcher, the lang cookie above remembers it, but a link always opens in its own language.
Links to other websites
This website links to Etsy, Instagram and X. When you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to the contact email above; we will reply within one month, and may ask you to confirm your identity.
